While it is being said that producer Aditya Chopra is not happy with the final cut of the film AURANGZEB and wants to re-edit some portions, on the other hand there are news that Adi is super excited with the humongous response that the trailer of AURANGZEB has got.

In fact, from the first look itself Aditya has become more positive about the film. He is so content and glad with the team that he has given a go ahead for the director Atul and Arjun to plan their next film. It is YRF's first association with the director Atul Sabbarwal. The production house had seen some of Atul's earlier work in the past and was pleased to sign him for AURANGZEB.

The spokesperson attached to the film confirms, "Aditya is very happy with the kind of response the film and the trailer has gathered."

Interestingly, Arjun too made his debut in the same month last year. Aditya is very happy with Arjun Kapoor's work, so much so that Aditya had signed this film with Arjun even before ISHAQZAADE released. Adi feels that Arjun is an actor with huge potential. He is a performer who can pull out diverse roles and is yet to be explored.

AURANGZEB consists of a very abstract and an interesting cast. It stars Arjun Kapoor and Sasha Agha in the lead roles with Rishi Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Prithviraj and Amrita Singh as the strong supporting cast.

The film is set to hit the screens on 17th May 2013.
