With the year 2013 coming to an end, we list down some of the most raunchy, sexy and peppy item songs that made it to the chartbusters this year.

With Shahrukh Khan's CHENNAI EXPRESS being termed as the biggest blockbuster of Bollywood, its song 'Lungi Dance' is undoubtedly the best 'item' number of the year. SRK and Deepika have given a tribute to the south superstar and legendary actor Rajnikanth referred to as 'Thalaiva'. With the vocals by rap king Yo Yo Honey Singh, the song became an instant hit with the audiences!

Dance diva Madhuri Dixit made millions skip a heartbeat by shaking a leg with Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor in YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI's 'Ghagra'. With vocals by Rekha Bharadwaj and some naughty dancing by Ranbir-Madhuri, the song definitely is best 'item' song of the year!

Next in line is the 'exotic' actress Priyanka Chopra's sensual dance number 'Ram Chahe Leela' from Sanjay Leela Bhansali's blockbuster GOLIYON KI RAASLEELA RAM-LEELA. After two failed attempts of impressing the audiences with her sexy dancing this year, Piggy Chops finally hit the bull's eye with this one. Composed by Bhansali himself and crooned by Bhoomi Trivedi, the song went on to become a smash-hit!

Nargis Fakhri and Shahid Kapoor's 'Dhating Naach' comes in at number 3. After portraying serious characters in ROCKSTAR and MADRAS CAFE, Nargis Fakhri surprised the audiences with her dhating dancing in PHATA POSTER NIKHLA HERO. Though the film didn't have much to offer, but the peppy dance number found its way to the audience's heart!

While GORI TERE PYAAR MEIN bombed at the box-office, its party 'item' song 'Dhat Teri Ki' made it to the chartbusters. With the sizzling Esha Gupta and vocals by newbie Sanam Puri, the song became a rage with the rebellious party-goers!

Close to 'Dhating Naach', was the gorgeous Jacqueline Fernandez in 'Jaadoo ki Jhappi' from Prabhu Dheva's RAMAIYA VASTAVAIYA. While the film had mixed reactions, Jacqueline stunned the audiences with her full-on dance number with the dance king Prabhu Dheva.

After giving the audience a rowdy dance number with 'Aa Re Pritam Pyaare' in ROWDY RATHOR, Prabhu Dheva has gone a step ahead with 'Kaddu Katega' from Shahid Kapoor-Sonakshi Sinha starrer R...RAJKUMAR. With its raunchy lyrics and foot-tapping music, the song has been a hit amongst the audience.
