Daler Mehndi to perform at IITF

New Delhi, Nov 17 (IANS) Bhangra sensation Daler Mehndi is set to add some Punjabi flavour at the ongoing India International Trade Fair (IITF).

He will perform peppy and power−packed numbers at IITF venue, Pragati Maidan Nov 19. His live performance is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.

Mehndi recently performed at YouFest, a YouTube festival held at Madrid in Spain. He is credited for popularising Bhangra beats beyond northern India, to a world stage.

His popular numbers include "Bolo ta ra ra", "Ho jayegi balle balle", "Tunak tunak" and "Rang de basanti".

Mehndi's stage presence gets the audience grooving and his musical performance at the trade fair is also expected to elicit a similar response.
