First look of 'Madras Cafe'

The first look of Shoojit Sircar's Madras Cafe is out. Here's a look

John Abraham teams up yet again with his Vicky Donor director Shoojit Sircar for a nail-biting thriller Madras Café.  The film  is based in Sri Lanka and was initially titled as Jaffna but the makers finally settled for Madras Café. The film is shot in Sri Lanka and it takes a lot of inspiration from the real life political unrest in Jaffna.

In the film John teams up with quizmaster Siddharth Basu who makes his Bollywood debut with Madras Café. Nargis Fakhri plays a hard-core journalist which is quite an antithesis to the girl next door o.f Rockstar. John is back to his favorite genre and plays an accomplished para military officer, is newly recruited to RAW (India’s external security agency), by the Indian head – Deshmukh with the mandate to execute certain covert Intelligence operations, to ensure the success of the PM’s Lankan accord – ‘the Indo-Lankan peace accord’.
