Oh joy, it’s almost that time of year again; SEMA. Since 1967, the event has taken an in-depth look at all the ins and outs of the automotive aftermarket industry. Nearly every tuner from around the globe shows up to show off some of their latest and greatest new products.

And for the past few years, Hyundai has been a big player in promoting it vehicles for SEMA. Last year the Korean automaker had a healthy heaping of Velosters, and this year, Hyundai is teaming up with Bisimoto for a bold blue 1,000 horsepower Genesis coupe.

Only the first of what we assume to be a number of new SEMA-bound Hyundai concepts, the Genesis concept is based off the standard 3.8 R-Spec, albeit with a twin-turbocharged version of the V6 engine, producing the aforementioned 1,000 horsepower.

Other features include that eye-catching electric blue paint job, new wheels and tires, a roll cage, racing seats, and a whole other host of upgrades. You can check out this insane concept when it takes the stage November 5th in Vegas.
