Jacqueline Fernandez: 'Multi-starrers are not about competition but teamwork'

Jacqueline Fernandez, who was last seen in Sajid Khan's multi-starrer Housefull 2, is now gearing up for her next film Race 2, in which she'll be seen sharing screen space with actors like Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ameesha Patel, John Abraham and Anil Kapoor.

Though the general belief is that competion is high in a multi-starrer, Jacqueline claims that she has nothing against working in films which has more than one actress. Recently, when asked if she is comfortable working in multi-starrers and if she feels that competition is high in such films, the Sri Lankan beauty said, "I don't think so... I actually had such a great time working on both the films. In Housefull 2 there were so many different actors and actresses, Race 2 as well has a lot of different actors but I just feel that you can learn a lot from multi-starrers because there are so many different actors so you can observe them, you can bond with them."

She further added that working in such movies is a learning experience for her. "Also the actors, with whom I have worked with, in both these films have been senior, experienced and successful actors. So for me it's an amazing experience because I'm actually getting to learn so much from them. And I had a lot of fun as it's about bonding, making your movie better by working together and I believe multi-starrers are all about teamwork. Instead of competing with each other everybody gets together to make the movie the best it can be."

Directed by Abbas-Mustan, Race 2 is a sequel to their 2008 hit film Race.
