London, Jan. 10 (ANI): Javier Bardem has been nominated for a BAFTA for his portrayal of villainous Raoul Silva in James Bond film 'Skyfall.'

The 43-year-old Spanish actor has been named on the shortlist for the Best Supporting Actor award along with other big names including Tommy Lee Jones, the Daily Express reported.

His 'Skyfall' co-star, Dame Judi Dench, has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as spy master M in the same film, which has a total of eight nominations.

'Skyfall' has been nominated for Outstanding British Film and Original Music - a nod to Adele who provided the hit Bond theme of the same name.

The film has also picked up nominations for Cinematography, Editing, Production Design and Sound. (ANI)
