Lamborghini Dynavonto: A More Sophisticated Approach

Lamborghini is known the world over for that signature wedge shape design present in nearly every vehicle that the company builds. Cars like the Gallardo, Diablo, Aventador all will go down in history as some of the most stunning cars ever made.

But what about new cars like the Egoista, or the Veneno, bearing designs that seem to have come in a bit lost in translation? Sharp, angular and mostly horrendous looking. So let’s tone things down a bit, what do you say Lamborghini? Try this on for size- the Dynavonto concept.

Coming to us courtesy of design student Bashar Ajlani, the Dynavonto tones down Lamborghini’s radical design, in place of a smoother, more sophisticated touring car type look. And taking note from Lamborghini’s focus on handling, the aerodynamic angles and creases provide maximum downforce.

“This car exudes aggressive design as well as functional aerodynamic qualities. The design has been created to illustrate Lamborghini’s new highest priority announced in the Geneva Auto Show in 2012; handling,” says Aljani.

Now, while we’re not sure if Lamborghini will pick up this unique design approach in the future, Bashar promises that the Dynavonto would meet, if not exceed any performance figures set out by cars like the Diablo, Gallardo or Aventador.

One thing’s for sure– we’d love to see it on the road.
