Nawazuddin Siddiqui To Speak Marathi For Most Part Of 'Bombay Talkies'

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who will be next seen playing the role of a struggling actor in Dibakar Banerjee's segment of Bombay Talkies, will be reportedly speaking in Marathi for most part of the film.

In the film, Nawaz will play a Lalbaug resident and as such, will be speaking in Marathi most of the time (Lalbaug area has a mostly Marathi-speaking population). Banerjee has also decided to have English sub-titles for the Marathi dialogues for those who do not understand the language.

For the role, Nawaz also took diction classes and undertook a special workshop to learn the nuances of the language.
