Octane Academy Gives Drivers A Chance To Go Pro [video]

Have you ever watched a race and thought to yourself, “I should be down there!” Do you look at the set-ups of cars in the pits and think you could do better? The Octane Academy might just be the place for you to take that skill and/or ego to the next level. Like an “American Idol” for drivers, Octane Academy is the place where you can put your money where your mouth is, and compete against other drivers for a chance to make it to the big time.

From Jersey to California, the drivers assembled, hoping for a chance to jumpstart their motorsport career. But before they can become the factory-sponsored drivers they dream of being, they must compete against other drivers, and themselves.

The judges include racing pros Brian Deegan, Ken Block, Tanner Foust and Vaughn Gittin Jr., each of which will weigh in and determine which drivers have what it takes to bring their passion for driving to the next level. Watch season two’s premier The Draft at the break:
