Pooja-Sky smoochathon shocks guests

She was seen as the wiser one from the lot that was hosted by Bigg Boss, until Sky came onto the show. Tired of his antics, more than half the house was up in arms against the man, except the Kama Sutra campaign girl (Bedi had done a campaign for Kama Sutra condoms in the late ‘80s and had stirred quite a hornet’s nest). The latest we hear is that she’s ruffled quite a few feathers at veteran villain Ranjeet’s holi bash, where she was seen canoodling with her beau Sky (aka Akashdeep Saigal) at a swimming pool. This confirms rumours that the two are indeed seeing each other and making no bones about it. Bystanders were a tad shocked with the brazen PDA but then again “it’s Pooja. She’s always lived life on her own terms,” adds a source. Sky and Pooja were first seen publicly at the launch of Dabboo Ratnani’s famed calendar. They posed together for the media then. Then they were seen a suburban café next.

Here's a spectrum of Sky's erratic behaviour on Bigg Boss

Pooja has had a turbulent love life in the past decade. In her early days, she embarked on a disastrous fling with Aditya Pancholi. When the tabloids started having a field day, Pancholi’s wife, Zarina Wahab, even called Pooja Bedi to confirm the rumours. They turned out to be true. Aditya Pancholi and she then began living in together, an arrangement that fizzled when Pooja Bedi accused Aditya Pancholi of molesting her 15-year-old maid. These are pre-Shiney days, mind you. Then, her marriage to Farhan Ebrahim Furniturewala ended amicably. He moved on to marry Feroz Khan’s daughter, Laila Khan. Laila Khan and Pooja Bedi were classmates in high school, so there was no bad blood between them. Then Pooja had a relationship with choreographer Hanif Hilal, from whom she split in 2008. The relationship according to him was not going anywhere. Then in 2010, Pooja was with United Nations Development Programme official Dwiti Vikramaditya from Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. On May 11, 2010, she even spent her 40th birthday with the man. However, this affair did not last too long either. Let’s hope that Sky brings Ms Bedi down to earth, even though he seems like the least likely candidate for the job.

By Carolyn Cohn ZIGUNICHOR, Senegal (Reuters) - A mix of locals and music fans were watching silently or dancing, framed by the branches of the giant "fromager" tree that marks the centre of the Senegalese village of Diembering, as hip-hop band Tirailleurs started to sing about me. Or at least apparently they did - if only I could understand their Wolof language. Tirailleurs were performing at the four-day Festival des Rizieres, an annual celebration of hip-hop and reggae in the southern …
