'RA.One' Sequel Plans Delayed Due To Lack Of Technicians?

Bollywood's 'King Of Romance' Shah Rukh Khan, who played a superhero in RA.One, had hinted back then that he was keen to make a sequel to the film, but it seems that the project would take atleast 2-3 years to materialize.

At an event, SRK said that he would like to make a sequel to Ra.One, but the film would take at least two to three years to prepare, due to the lack of technicians in the country. Khan added that Bollywood has the latest technology and the equipment, but there is a dearth of trained technicians, which might delay the sequel project.

Red Chillies VFX, a subdivision of Khan's motion picture production banner Red Chillies Entertainment, also provides the necessary technology and special effects to other filmmakers in the country and one of the forthcoming projects his special effects team has worked on is Rakesh Roshan's Krrish 3, which stars Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Kangna Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi.
