Raeth set to make waves in Bollywood

By Glamsham Editorial

After a gap of one and half years, Raeth - A Sufi Rock Band is back with a bang. Sunny Ghansham Band Member and Rhythm Guitarist says, "Yes, we are back and with loads of new songs and music."

Paving their way into Bollywood, band member and lead vocalist Wajhi says, "Bollywood is the only destination besides our concerts that we are looking at. We have a good bank of songs and are confident for the same. The most common and basic requirement like an Item number is also one of them in the bank."

Raeth was earlier in agreement with Universal India for the period of 5 years, which is now not renewed. When probed about the same, Sunny adds, "We are looking at a bigger picture now and as we said we are entering Bollywood. Universal has been great support. But now, we are tied up with the company based in Mumbai who looks after. We are already meeting up major production houses and music labels. Music sitting has already begun. Soon there would be a word out from us. "

Though, Raeth's session with Nikhil Advani in Karachi was their first stint with Bollywood. But Raeth - A Sufi Rock Band is surely up their way making waves in Bollywood.
