Rajkumar Santoshi Impressed With Shahid Kapoor: Wants To Team Up Again

Director Rajkumar Santoshi, who is currently helming Phata Poster Nikla Hero starring Shahid Kapoor is reportedly so impressed with Sasha's professionalism and dedication that he has decided to work with him again.

Confirming the news, Santoshi said, “Shahid doesn't only come on the sets, does his job professionally and leaves. He is there constantly adding to the drama and the comedy. This is the first time I'm working with Shahid and I will work with him again very shortly.” A source attached to the unit also raved about Shahid's dedication and said, “He's impressed all of us with his professionalism. He is usually one of the first to arrive and among the last ones to leave. We have been shooting non-stop without a break for as long as 16 hours, but not once has Shahid complained or asked for a day off. Besides, the effort and hard work he puts into playing his role is also commendable.”

Shahid will be seen playing the role of a middle-class Maharashtrian boy in Phata Poster Nikla Hero, which revolves around a young man, who aspires to join the film industry, despite the disapproval of his mother, played by Padmini Kolhapure.
