Riteish Deshmukh's Debut Marathi Film 'Lai Bhari' Goes On Floors

Riteish Deshmukh, whose first Marathi production venture Balak Palak made waves at the box-office, will finally make his acting debut in Marathi cinema with Lai Bhari, which will also be co-produced by him.

The film's title translates to 'mind-blowing' and it goes on floors today. Riteish took to Twitter to give details about his film writing, “Today I start shooting for my first Marathi film Lai Bhari. Excited to work with Nishikant Kamat. Took me 10yrs to act in Marathi film."

Lai Bhari' (marathi) is produced by Cinemantra and Mumbai Film Company. After Balak Palak this is my second production. For those asking 'Lai Bhaari' means MMMINDBLOWINGGGG (sic),” he further added.

His friends from the industry also took to the micro-blogging site to wish him luck for his Marathi film.
