Sanjay Gupta; 'It is impossible for me to make films without songs'

Sanjay Gupta recently launched the music of his forthcoming film Shootout At Wadala and at the music launch of the movie, he claimed that he can't make films without songs.

The film is based on the real-life incident of Mumbai's first registered encounter and it features three item numbers. At the audio launch of the film, when Gupta was asked if there was a need to feature three item songs in the film, he said, "Our's is a commercial film, we want to entertain people , we want to give them a gripping story and great music. As far as I am concerned if a film doesn't have entertaining songs, it's not entertaining for me. So it's almost next to impossible for me to make a film without songs."

SAW's two item tracks Babli Badmaash and O Laila star Priyanka Chopra and Sunny Leone while the third song features Sophie Choudry.
