Sara Khan turns item girl, but mum about details

Mumbai, March 11 (IANS) TV actress Sara Khan is the latest to do an item number for a film. However, she is not willing to reveal the details right now.

"I have done one (item number), you will get to know soon... I don't want to talk about it," the 23-year-old said here Sunday at the music launch of her debut film "Saawariya - Khatu Shyam Ji Ki Amar Gatha".

"I will talk about it once everything is sorted. Right now the focus is on 'Saawariya'," she added.

Sara plays a traditional Indian girl Meera in "Saawariya - Khatu Shyam Ji Ki Amar Gatha" and says the role was not so tough to play.

"I did not face any problem doing the role, especially while crying in the film, absolutely no problem," Sara said.

Her co-star Ashmit Patel, who plays Sara's husband Prem in the film, says the audience is going to love watching Sara on the big screen now.

"Sara is a really good actress and like she said she has played such a role a lot of times on the small screen. You will enjoy watching her on the big screen," Ashmit said here.

Directed by Vinod Chhabra, "Saawariya - Khatu Shyam Ji Ki Amar Gatha" is about wonders of Lord Khatu Shyam.
