'Satyagraha' To Be Screened At South Africa To Honour Gandhiji's Movement

Makers of Prakash Jha's upcoming political thriller Satyagraha have come up with an innovative way to ensure that their film grabs maximum eyeballs.

Buzz has it that a special screening of the film will be held at Pretoria in South Africa, where Mahatma Gandhi's first Satyagraha movement was initiated. A source close to the production house confirmed the news and added that as Pretoria was the birthplace of Gandhiji's movement and as the film Satyagraha revolves around a similar concept, it was decided to screen the film there. Another reason behind it is that South Africa has a large Indian population.

Satyagraha stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Manoj Bajpayee, Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Rao.
