Kareena Kapoor Says No To The Ghajini Star Suriya

Attitude, Attitude and More Attitude; that’s Kareena Kapoor for you. Recently Kareena Kapoor has created a controversy by saying that she is not aware of Super Star Suriya.

If sources are to be believed then Kareena Kapoor was suppose to do an item number in Tamil film Anjaan that stared the Ghajini star Suriya. Now when this news reached Kareena Kapoor, Madam made a comment that has hurt the Ghajini star’s fans.

Kareena Kapoor stated that she does not know from where these rumours came from, she has not signed any film in Tamil and last but not the least she does not even know who is Surya.

“I don’t know where such baseless stories come from. I haven’t signed any such film. I don’t even know who Suriya and N. Linguswamy are. I have never seen them. I have zero interest in acting in Non Hindi films whether it is down South or in Hollywood,” stated Kareen Kapoor.

Well Kareena is very clear that she is not doing anything beyond Bollywood. The real reason for Kareena Kapoor not exploring outside Bollywood however is this, she said, “How can I emote in a language that I don’t know?I love the work being done in South Indian languages, Marathi and Bengali. But I’ll have to learn these languages to act in them.”

Currently Kareena is busy with shooting for Gabbar with Akshay Kumar and Singham 2 with Ajay Devgan.

In Gabbar, Kareena Kapoor essays the role of Akshay’s dead wife, the role that is very similar to that of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Aditya Chopra’s Mohabbatein. In the original Tamil film entitled Ramanaa, Simran had played the role that Kareena Kapoor is essaying.

In Rohit Shetty‘s Singham 2, Kareena Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space with Ajay Devgn who is reprising his role of Bajirao Singham, the daredevil cop.

Here’s wishing Kareena Kapoor all the best for both her films.
