A few days back, there had been a major buzz on social networking sites after Kamaal R Khan claimed on his Twitter page that Sunny Leone had termed rape as 'not a crime, but surprise sex'. Following this, Leone had attracted negative publicity despite her claims that she never said any such thing.
Now, it seems that the Indo-Canadian porn star has decided to fight for truth and justice. Buzz has it that Leone lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell of Mumbai Police against Khan a couple of days back for 'falsely attributing controversial comments on rape to her' on his micro blogging page. Leone added that it is a sensitive issue, especially in the light of the horrific Delhi gang-rape case and that she doesn't want to be associated with a criminal act.
Sunny, who made her Bollywood debut with Pooja Bhatt's erotic thriller Jism 2, will be next seen in Balaji flick Ragini MMS 2.
