T-Series all set to score a hat trick with I LOVE NY!

By Abid, Glamsham Editorial

The audio giants, Bhushan Kumar's T-Series, is now one of India's leading production empires as well, with the back-to-back success of their films, NAUTANKI SAALA! and now AASHIQUI 2.

There was a lot at stake for the company this summer with three of their films releasing within a spate for just about two months. The first two releases, Ayushmann Khurrana's comedy drama, NAUTANKI SAALA! and the Mohit Suri directed AASHIQUI 2, faced stiff competition from their opponents, COMMANDO -A ONE MAN ARMY and IRON MAN 3 respectively, which released alongside the above mentioned T-Series' films. However both NAUTANKI SAALA! and AASHIQUI 2 braved the tough competition and came out trumps at the ticket window.

Now all eyes are set on their last summer venture, the Sunny Deol and Kangana Ranaut starrer, I LOVE NEW YEAR (I LOVE NY), directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru who had earlier worked under the T-Series banner in Salman Khan's LUCKY- NO TIME FOR LOVE.

I LOVE NY which marks the return of macho man Sunny Deol to the big screen after a gap of almost two years (YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA) is slowly but surely peaking at the right time. The music is already getting quite popular, especially two songs, 'Gud Naal Ishq Mitha' and 'Aao Na'. The hilarious promos too have made a mark with the cine goers who are curious to see the funny side of Sunny and Kangana.

Just like NAUTANKI SAALA! and AASHIQUI 2, I LOVE NEW YEAR too will face tough competition from Yash Raj Film's AURANGZEB which also releases on 17th May 2013. But we are sure that defying all odds the light hearted love story will emerge triumphant and T-Series will score a hat trick with I LOVE NEW YEAR, and will also mark the grand comeback of once the top actor of Bollywood, Sunny Deol.
