The royal baby frenzy hit a new high Friday afternoon when British tabloid the Sun deployed Prince William and Kate Middleton lookalikes to the Lido Wing of St. Mary's Hospital, where a camped-out media mob has been anxiously awaiting baby news since early July. The stunt was a temporary distraction to what's been a reported uptick in baby buzz today. But a hospital spokesperson dismissed the excitement, telling Yahoo! Shine, "We are aware of a number of events taking place all the time and we can't comment on the media stunts performed by third parties." But we can show you photos, at least.
