Seychelles - A must-visit itinerary
Have trouble locating Seychelles on a map? Here’s help. Seychelles is an archipelago of 115 islands, which lie 1,600 km off the coast of East Africa in the Indian Ocean, northeast of Madagascar. Seychelles comprises 41 spectacular granitic islands (inner islands) and 74 sparkling sand cays and atolls (outer islands). Together, these form 6 distinct groups: the Inner Islands, the Amirantes, Southern Coral, Alphonse, Farquhar and Aldabra. Each island is unique in terms of flora, fauna, ethnicity, cuisine, traditions and activities. The islands offer amazing diving, fishing, sailing, trekking, eco-holidays, spa and wellness vacations, and golf.
When to visit: Seychelles is blessed with beautiful yearlong, warm tropical climate, making it perfect to visit any time of the year.
Entry formalities: NO VISA is required to enter Seychelles. However, the following documents must be shown in order to obtain immigration clearance at the Seychelles International Airport:
1) A passport valid on the date of entry to and exit from Seychelles
