Our September cover star has a wardrobe worthy of her killer body.
When she first burst onto the scene in 2007 with Om Shanti Om, model Deepika Padukone let her style fall in line with the widely-accepted Bollywood actress stereotype: over-the-top Indian wear, loud highlights in her hair and strong make-up.
It was only in 2011 that our September cover star really came into her own and started picking silhouettes and edgy styles that suited her model good looks and poise. Her evolution into a sartorial savant, especially one who doesn't shy away from daring red carpet moments, was cemented with two looks that generated a thousand headlines -- a red Gaurav Gupta gown that she wore to the September 2012 GQ Men Of The Year awards, and a Prabal Gurung cutout dress for the Filmfare Awards in January this year.
